Glide-song

Lying on sun beds
On star-lit balconies
Buildings glimmer,
Their edges catch
At the passing night,

Bodies anchor, still 
In communion, with cloud-drift
With sky-hanging maps that skim,
Just above
In the smudge of night,
Wifi sings, through the ether
Like whale-song
Echoing across water and chambers,
Of the heart
Invisibly talking, tapping
From balcony to balcony,
Like fin and tail slaps
Imprinting the sea

Sky-signals star-clip,
They dance
To-and-fro,
They glow at peering faces
Across the cosmos,
As humpbacks
Glide,
Its blue-dipped terraces
Its star-lit balconies.
