cj LANE
Dream Sphinx
A voice
Dances across the desert-
A siren song seemingly
Material in its
Questioning.
Sand Becomes shattered seashells, Shifting kaleidoscopically
With each step.
All the while I listen-
Deciphering.
After aeons,
Beneath glittering stars,
I found her buried
In shaking sands, speaking
Secrets to the abyss:
The key is already In your hand.
Moonlit Satori
The void within
Is a black mirror, on which
The ecstatic dance of
Being swirls-
As it becomes one
With formless Form.
river poem
Feed your name
To the rushing river-
Frigid, blue,
Cleansing waters
Bear truth
In their babbling.
