Gordan Struić

Nothing

What could I ever

give to you?

Maybe silence –

stripped,

still.

You ask

where I’m passing through –

I have no home,

no shore

to reach.

No joy

to offer,

not even me.

Just a breath,

the kind

that never warms.

A weight

you carry

without sound.

A drift

where dreams

sink

and vanish.

A thing

in

nothing.
